Spice- Nature's Cupid
Many spices and herbs been considered to have aphrodisiac properties for ages. Here are some examples:
Cayenne pepper-Contains a high amount of vitamin C. It is an exciting agent that stimulates the circulation.
Cloves-One of the most powerful natural aphrodisiacs. It is also effective against mental and physical fatigue as well as memory loss.

Coriander-Its dried seed has a euphoric effect, especially for women. Also, an ingredient for love potions in the past. however, abusive use of the substance may result in opposite effects.
Ginger-It has been used in drinks destined to excite the senses. Taken in reasonable doses, it causes healthy hot flushes.
Licorice - According to the Chicago Smell and Taste Treatment and Research Foundation the smell of black licorice combined with donut significantly increase penile blood flow. Sorry, red licorice doesn't work. Move over Viagra.
Mustard-Stimulates the action of sexual glands.
Oregano-In an infusion, it is a remarkable exciting agent.
saffron precious than gold
Saffron-Has stimulating properties on the erogenous zones. Studies have proven that it has similar effects to that of sex hormones. Nevertheless pay attention and watch your consumption: excessive doses of saffron may cause uncontrollable laughter.
Vanilla-It has an aphorizing effect and can be used at will. It combats sexual asthenia, acts upon the central nervous system and, through its odor, indirectly acts upon sexual stimulation.
Chocolate-Ummm! Chocolate contains substance similar to Anandamide( named after the Sanskrit word Ananda which means Joy) our brain's natural opiate. That's why you "Feel Good" after having some chocolate. (active ingredient in Marijuana THC also has  similar effect, but more pronounced)

So many choices, You be the judge.

Spicy Vanilla Milkshake

1 cup milk
15 whole cloves
15 cardamom pods
2 cinnamon sticks
1 vanilla bean, split
1 cup vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
honey to taste (up to about a tablespoon)
Saffron Stigma- 10-20 soaked in water
grated nutmeg- few pinches
shaved dark chocolate for garnish

Place milk, cloves, cardamom, and cinnamon in a saucepan. Scrape in vanilla seeds from pod. Heat but do not boil. Remove from heat and allow to cool, then refrigerate until chilled. Strain, discarding spices. Blend milk, yogurt or ice cream, and honey until smooth and frothy. Add soaked saffron, grated nutmeg and shaved chocolate for garnish, serve cold. (Black truffle chocolate, artichoke salad with mustard dressing, oyesters and Kenny G's tune can be a good accompaniment) ;o)

Smart Cooking Tip

Soak saffron stigmas in little bit warm water or milk for 20 minnutes before adding to your food. Which make flavour more robust and savory.

Tired of Gas?
soak your beans or legumes over night before cooking, it will reduce flatulance. (soaking reduces oligosacarides in beans by 60%, which is the culprit for GAS)
